Users may use LinSpace AI only for lawful SaaS and architectural design purposes.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Abuse of AI services, including automated scraping or excessive usage beyond fair use

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly via Paddle, our authorized payment processor
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinSpace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

LinSpace AI does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
